Can boys come to the tea parties?

Of course! We would love your little dudes to join in on the fun. We actually have several hats and bow ties they can choose from!

For our Royal & Crafty birthday parties only - boys will receive a sword & crown (to take home) and a temporary tattoo.

**Please note that our Pampered Princess Spa birthday parties include mani/pedis and facials. We do not have alternative activities at this time to accommodate boys, if they do not wish to participate in these specific activities.

Mini Tea Parties FAQ:

Do I need reservations for a Sip & Play Mini Tea Party?

While we do not require reservations, we strongly suggest them. This will ensure you and your princess get a table during the time frame of your choice. Although we will always honor reservations first, walk-ins are welcome, and we will work with you the best we can. You can easily book a time on our Mini Tea Party Page in just a few seconds HERE.

How many can I book for 1 table?

Our tables start at $25 for 1 child & 1 adult and the MAX per table is 6 people. Adults are always included in the initial cost. You can add up to 4 additional children/adults for $10 each to one table. If you have more than 6 in your Mini Tea Party, you will need to book an additional table. If you have any questions about this, please contact us for more info.

Do I have to pay if I don’t participate in the tea party?

Yes. All children over 2 years old are $15 each. All adults are $5 each. Children under 2 years old are FREE if accompanying a paid child, otherwise they are $10each. We have lots of toys and activities in our playroom to accommodate girls and boys.

Can I stay longer than the 60-minute window for the Mini Tea Party on Saturday?

We do offer an additional 30 minutes on Saturday, time permitting. There is a small additional fee for this, and you can reserve it when reserving your time or when you get here. Because, many times we have birthday parties on Saturdays, this is only available if time permits.

Can I drop my child(ren) off for their Mini Tea Party?

All of our Tea Parties, bashes, and events require a parent or guardian at all times unless indicated at time of sign up. As much as we love children, we do not have enough staff to watch your children, and safety is our number one priority at Teacups & Tiaras. And besides, your children will have the best memories made with you there.

Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

Need a coffee? We get it! We probably do too! lol! You are welcome to bring in your own drink. We even offer a complementary coffee bar to our paid guests. Each tea party will come with a teapot filled with tea, lemonade or water as well as a sampler plate of mini cookies. We do ask that you please NOT bring in any additional food. Because we are NOT strictly a nut or gluten free establishment, if there is a food allergy you are concerned about, PLEASE contact us before your reserved time to see how we can best accommodate you or your princess.

What happens if I need to cancel my Mini Tea Party?

Things happen. We get it. At this time, we do not require a deposit to hold your reservation or charge a cancellation/no show fee. We just ask that you please let us know as soon as you are able to, so we can open your spot back up. If you would like to reschedule, we can do that as well at that time. Birthday Party FAQ:

When should I arrive for my birthday party?

You are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes early if you have any set up (remember, nothing can hang from the walls). Our party host will be happy to help assist with all your pre-party needs.

What do I need to bring to my birthday party?

If you would like to bring a cake or cupcakes, you are welcome to. We will supply the stand, forks, plates and napkins for the children. If you would like to bring other food for your party, you are welcome to as well, but we ask that you let us know ahead of time. You will either need to bring in plates/napkins/utensils for adults or can purchase additional ones from us for a small fee.

Each girl will get the opportunity to pick out a dress from our large assortment of dresses, but they are welcome to come in their own dresses if they’d prefer. We have found that most girls want to change once they get here and see our dress selection.

Otherwise, come as you are and sit back and enjoy the tea party festivities!

What is provided at a birthday party?

When you book a birthday party with us, you will have access to our party room for the duration of your party. You will have one to two hostesses that will help with your party. Our party room is decorated as well as the tables. We provide strawberry sweet tea or lemonade in a teapot severed by our party hostess. We also provide all plates, cups, napkins and utensils for the birthday girl and her royal guests. IF you would like to serve parents / additional guests anything, you are more than welcome to but will need to provide the utensils/plates/cups for them. You can also purchase these items for a small additional cost. We will take care of all clean up once your party is over.

Can parents stay for birthday parties?

We would love for parents to stay for the fun. After all, we are all about making memories with our loved ones. Please be aware that seating is limited. We reserve our tables for our birthday girl and her friends first.

Can siblings of guests stay and play?

Siblings, regardless of age, are always welcome to stay as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We cannot be held responsible for extra children during the duration of the party. PLEASE keep in mind, if siblings participate in the birthday parties in any way, they will be considered a guest and will be counted towards the min./max number. This includes dress up, make-up, tea service, etc.

NO children, regardless of age, whether they are participating in the parties or are spectators are allowed to be in rooms unsupervised by an adult or party host. This includes our party room as well as our boutique.

Do you offer goody bags?

YES! We offer goody bags. They are $5 per child. If you’d like to add goody bags to your party, please let us know when you give your final head count (this will be on a form sent a week before your party).

Our goody bags are filled with 5-7 items that may include anything from: lip gloss, bubbles, sticker sheets, Play-Doh, suckers, rings, etc.

Do you offer online shopping?

YES! We are so excited to finally offer online shopping! Right now, we are only offering our clothes online but be on the lookout for more items added in the future.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes! You will have to option online to ship your order or pick up in stores. Pick up times will be on Fridays from 10:00am - 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm. If you place an order BEFORE 12:00pm on Friday, your order will be ready for pick up by 10:00am the next day. If you place an order AFTER 12:00pm. your order will be ready for pick up by 1:00pm the next day. Any orders placed on Saturday will be ready for pick up the next Friday.
