Can boys come to the tea parties?
Of course! We would love your little dudes to join in on the fun. We actually have several hats and ties they can choose from! For birthday parties only - boys will receive a sword & crown (to take home) and a temporary tattoo.
Mini Tea Parties FAQ:
Do I need reservations for a Mini Tea Party?
While we do not require reservations, we strongly suggest them. This will ensure you and your princess get a table during the time frame of your choice. Although we will always honor reservations first, walk-ins are welcome, and we will work with you the best we can. You can easily book a time on our Mini Tea Party Page in just a few seconds HERE.
How many can I book for 1 table?
Our tables start at $25 for 1 child & 1 adult and the MAX per table is 6 people. Adults are always included in the initial cost. You can add up to 4 additional children/adults for $10 each to one table. If you have more than 6 in your Mini Tea Party, you will need to book an additional table. If you have any questions about this, please contact us for more info.
Do I have to pay if I don’t participate in the Teatime?
To reserve a table starts at $25. This includes 1 child and 1 adult regardless if adult participates in tea party. There is no discount if the adult doesn’t want to participate, but we do hope you will. We are confident it will make the memories that much sweeter for your little ones.
Can I stay longer than the 60-minute window for the Mini Tea Party?
We know it is so much fun playing and pretending, but we ask that you please stay within your hour time frame. This allows our staff to get the tables ready for our next princesses and their royal guests. If you are needing more time, you are always welcome to book more time slots to give you the additional time you need.
Can I drop my child(ren) off for their Mini Tea Party?
All of our Tea Parties, bashes, and events require a parent or guardian at all times unless indicated at time of sign up. As much as we love children, we do not have enough staff to watch your children, and safety is our number one priority at Teacups & Tiaras. And besides, your children will have the best memories made with you there.
Can I bring in outside food or drinks?
No, we do not accept outside food or drinks for our Mini Tea Parties. Because we are NOT strictly a nut or gluten free establishment, if there is a food allergy you are concerned about, PLEASE contact us before your reserved time to see how we can best accommodate you or your princess.
What happens if I need to cancel my Mini Tea Party?
Things happen. We get it. At this time, we do not require a deposit to hold your reservation or charge a cancellation/no show fee. We just ask that you please let us know as soon as you are able to, so we can open your spot back up. If you would like to reschedule, we can do that as well at that time. Birthday Party FAQ:
When should I arrive for my birthday party?
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early if you have any set up (remember, nothing can hang from the walls). Our party host will be happy to help assist with all your pre-party needs.
What do I need to bring to my birthday party?
If you would like to bring a cake or cupcakes, you are welcome to. We will supply the stand, forks, plates and napkins. If you would like to bring other food for your party, you are welcome to as well but we ask that you let us know ahead of time. Each girl will get the opportunity to pick out a dress from our large assortment of dresses, but they are welcome to come in their own dresses if they’d prefer. Otherwise, come as you are and sit back and enjoy the tea party celebration.
What is provided at a birthday party?
We provide a private room for the birthday child and guests. You will have one to two hostesses that will help the entire duration of your party. Our party rooms are decorated as well as the tables. We provide flavored tea or lemonade in a teapot severed by our party hostess. We also provide all plates, cups, napkins and utensils. We will take care of all clean up once your party is over.
Can parents stay for birthday parties?
We would love for parents to stay for the fun. After all, we are all about making memories with our loved ones. Although we don’t have much space in our private party room for extra chairs, we do ask that only the children attending the party sit at the tables. This is to make sure they all feel like they are a part of the tea party experience.
Can siblings of guests stay and play?
If siblings participate in the birthday parties, they will be considered a guest and will count towards the min./max number. Parents are always welcome to book a Mini Tea Party to enjoy with any children not attending the birthday party. Please remember our Mini Tea Parties are made through reservations. Although walk-ins are welcome, it’s possible we are booked for the duration of the party your child is attending so you might consider booking a Mini Tea Party ahead of time to reserve your spot.
Do you offer goody bags?
YES! We offer goody bags. They range from $5-10 per child depending on what you’d like to add in them. If you’d like to add goody bags to your party, please let us know when you give your final head count so we can discuss what you’d like in your bags and have those prepped and ready for the day of your party.
What if less or more show up then the headcount given?
We understand this sometimes happens. Regardless which party you book, you will be charged for the party that suits the total number of children attending. For example: If you book the Emerald party and more than six attend, you will be charged for a Ruby Party. If you book a Diamond party and there’s less than twelve total, you will be charged for the Ruby or Emerald party depending on total numbers. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
